IKIES 3 complex consists of 3 modern villas in front of the sandy beach of Alykes, 10 minutes away from the center of Volos. Each house is autonomous with its own entrance and swimming pool, private parking space with the possibility of charging an electric car. Facing the sea, the villas impress with raw concrete walls and columns, yet the spaces are filled with light. Vast horizon, unobstructed view of the blue of Pagasitikos Gulf, and the calmness and peace that you feel as soon as you enter IKIES 3 are just some of the charming features that make our visitors feel like they are entering their very own sanctuary. They are welcomed by the scents of the herbs planted in various corners of the garden before entering the interior which serves the gray and beige palette while the bright colors in the artworks come to underline a pleasant contrast and give a burst of joy. The villas are 80-100m2 in size, each split over 2 floors. 2 of the villas hold 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, and the 3rd villa holds 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 3 houses are furnished with modern furniture, have a fully equipped kitchen, and sleep systems and linen by COCO-MAT. It is a complex built with a strong sense of environmental awareness and character. Our love for the planet has led us to use modern ecological practices. The careful architectural design inspired us to integrate environmentally friendly buildings with large openings and patios for natural lighting and ventilation, which were invested with high-quality insulation materials. The reuse of excavation soil and the employment of local craftsmen are just a small sample of our philosophy. We equipped the complex with modern ecological air conditioning systems, installed hot water supply systems using solar energy, and coated the roof with photovoltaics. We invested in smart ways to save energy, installed an energy fireplace in IKIA Alpha and high energy class electrical appliances in all houses, recycling bins in public areas, and a fast charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.
