A reservation made via hoteliga’s online system and the website https://book.hoteliga.com/"domainname" (collectively hereinafter referred to as “hoteliga booking engine”) is processed solely by the entity (hotel, property, vacation rental) that you choose.
hoteliga is not responsible for processing any payments on behalf of an entity (hotel, property, vacation rental) you choose, nor does hoteliga charge you on behalf of the entity (hotel, property, vacation rental); the hoteliga booking engine is a self-managed system and the entity is unilaterally providing content and shaping the process of reservation.
hoteliga excludes all liability and responsibility in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any: loss or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use of, or reliance on, the hoteliga website. hoteliga excludes all liability and responsibility in contract (including negligence) for any loss or damage that may be caused by entity you choose.
It is the entity who shall provide you with terms and conditions for making reservations with the use of hoteliga website. It is the entity who chooses reservations settings and sets the available payment methods; hoteliga is not involved in this process and shall not bear any liability or responsibility for any failures of the process. hoteliga shall not be responsible for the content of the terms and conditions regarding reservations as provided (or not provided) by the entity you choose.

hoteliga does not collect any personal data of yours in regards with the reservation being made. Your personal data is processed directly by the entity (hotel, property, vacation rental).
